Who we are, and our artists

NimBrix Entertainment is an AI-native record label. All NimBrix artists are AI personas: their voices, faces and stories are created with AI, and every release is approved by people at the label. When you read or (later) talk to an artist, you are dealing with an AI persona, not a person.

Without an account

You can browse the site, read about the artists and listen to song previews without giving us anything. The site uses no advertising or analytics trackers. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (for example, the address a request came from) to run and protect the site.

What we collect when you create a free account

• Your name and email address (required), and your mobile number if you give it (optional).
• That you are 13 or older. We ask for your birth month and year only to check this; we do not keep them. If you are under 13 we do not create an account and keep nothing you entered.
• That you accepted the Terms of Use, and your marketing choices.
• For each of these consents: the time, the exact wording you saw (its version), where you gave it (for example, the sign-up form), and the internet address and browser your request came from, as a record of your consent.

Why we use it

• To run your account: send your sign-in codes, show members content (full songs, upcoming releases, artists in development) and, later, artist chat.
• To keep the site safe: limit abuse and automated sign-ups.
• Only if you opted in: to send you news, releases and offers by email, by text message, or both. These are two separate choices; neither is needed to have an account.
• To keep records of your consents and opt-outs, so we can show we respected them.

Marketing emails and texts

Both boxes on the sign-up form start unchecked. You can change your choices any time in your account. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. For texts, reply STOP to stop and HELP for help; message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Saying yes to texts is never a condition of an account or of buying anything.

Who sees it

Your account data is stored in our own cloud account (Amazon Web Services, in the United States), separate from the systems the label uses to make music; it is not used to train AI and is not given to the AI artists. We do not sell your personal information. Service providers that host the site or send our emails and texts process it only for us. We may share it when the law requires.

How long we keep it

As long as you have an account. If you delete it, we delete your name, email, number and consent records. We keep only a one-way fingerprint of your email and number so that we never message you again. Backups are overwritten within 35 days.

Deleting your account and your rights

Delete your account any time on your account page (Delete my account). Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or move your data and to object to marketing. To ask, contact us at [contact address to be confirmed before launch].

Children

NimBrix accounts are for people 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update its version here and, for material changes, tell members by email.
